The Roatan Canopy Zipline Tour is an exciting adventure tour that takes you up and away to a steep mountainside location, with lush tropical jungle at the West of the Island, offering dizzying ocean views and awesome scenery.

Upon your arrival you will be expertly fitted with your harnesses, carabinas, helmets, and gloves, and receive a full orientation regarding your equipment and safety. Your expert guides who will escort you through the jungle and across each section of this one hour adventure, where you will be double clipped throughout for extra safety.

This canopy zip line system is composed of 14 platforms set high in the jungle, and 13 separate ziplines ranging from 135ft to almost 1000ft in length. As you set off on your breathtaking journey, you will hear and see the jungle wildlife along the route, so keep your eyes and ears open. Spider monkeys, parrots, and vivid green iguanas are all residents of the jungle below.

Also keep a look out for the tiny green hummingbirds that flourish on Roatan. Roatan has its very own species of Parrot, the yellow head, and you may be lucky enough to spot one of these endangered birds through the trees.

At the end of the tour, your host will then offer you the option of returning to the ship OR he will take you via van to nearby West Bay Beach and the famous Fosters Beach club FREE of charge, where you will later be picked up for return to the ship.

This location offers in incomparably beautiful family friendly beach complete with palm trees, white powder sand, and crystal clear warm waters. The bar & grill offers good island food, and ice cold beers and drinks, all set in stunning surroundings.
